WHO ARE WE?

MEET THE TALENT
Having spent time at Smith Woolley telecom as ‘Head of Structures’ working on One2One (T-mobile) and BT Cellnet (O2) projects across the UK, Adam set up Comms Solutions in 2000 providing Acquisition and Design services to most the UK operators. Comms Solutions were one of the main suppliers to H3g during their initial roll-out.
Comms Solutions was acquired by the Metnor Group Plc in 2005 where Adam headed up the telecoms division for 2 years before a management buyout in 2007 to form SITEC Infrastructure Services of which Adam is a founder member. His role encompasses strategic planning, business development and client management at a National level.
David has spent over 24 years in the telecoms industry primarily in the UK but supporting activities in EMEA. He has also undertaken various lead roles within the telecom’s environment for Operators, Vendors and Private Companies.
David left LCC to strengthen Pico Consultants Ltd, a Telecoms specialist, becoming the MD prior to merging the business with Sitec in March 2010. With Sitec, David initially managed the growing and expanding acquisition and planning department. Since 2016 David has built the Sitec Fixed Line Division from inception focusing on fibre and the MDU, Infill and Business market sectors expanding the capabilities to capture wayleave, survey and design and installation services working with Fixed Network Operators and a number of Altnets. This division has grown to over 150 staff and in excess of £20m revenue.
Outside of work David is a keen sailor, completing the Fastnet in 2011, and enjoys rowing, cycling and travelling.

David has spent over 20 years in the telecoms industry primarily in the UK but supporting activities in EMEA. He has also undertaken various lead roles within the telecoms environment for Operators, Vendors and Private Companies. He was the Vodafone and T-Mobile Account Manager for LCC UK, and their National Acquisition and Planning Manager.
David left LCC to strengthen Pico Consultants Ltd, a Telecoms specialist, becoming the MD prior to merging the business with Sitec in March 2010. With Sitec, David manages the growing and expanding acquisition and planning department together with the day to day activities of running a rapidly developing business. David is a Chartered Surveyor & Member of the Association for Project Management.

With over 20 years dedicated to the UK mobile telecoms market, Chris has developed a career in end-to-end project delivery. He has held senior management roles in some of the UK’s largest telecoms organisations and is both a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a member of the Association for Project Management.
By heading up Business Development, Chris is responsible for the management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer-relationship activities, in conjunction with the development of all new sales. He further oversees the planning and implementation of all business plans, tenders, bids and brand management and is key to supporting the overall growth and management of the wider business.

Ryan joined the UK telecoms industry over 15 years ago as a Quantity Surveyor with APT Marconi, working predominantly on T-Mobile’s deployment. Following 2 years’ service with APT and a brief stint with Infratec, he joined Clarke Telecom as a Quantity Surveyor and concurrently he commenced his degree in Quantity Surveying at the College of Estate Management.
In 2007 and having graduated, Ryan set up Genco Ltd – a civils, electrical and rigging company, servicing the UK’s ADC community. After 8 successful years of constructing and rigging hundreds of cell towers across all of the UK’s major networks, Ryan joined Sitec, and as Construction Director, leads all civils, electrical, rigging and integration activities across the entire mobile client base.

Sitec is proud to announce the successful achievement of our latest UKAS certification and are now accredited under the BM Trada Q-Mark Certification Scheme to carry out fire stopping and fire sealing products/ kits for penetration seals.
